From 21 to 23 January, two members of the team, Anne-Claire Fabre and Morgane Fournier, attended the Meeting of the Spanish Society for Evolutionary Biology (SESBE 2026), held in Valencia, Spain.
This conference provided an opportunity to catch up with and exchange ideas with our Spanish colleagues, but also to enjoy the sunshine and, of course, Spanish food!
On this occasion, Anne-Claire was invited as a keynote speaker and presented the main advances and latest developments in the team’s research.
For her part, Morgane presented her findings on Alpine newts in the form of a poster and received an award for it!
It was a wonderful opportunity for the team to engage in scientific discussion and exchange ideas, set against the pleasant backdrop of Valencia.
