Il s'agit d'une technique d'imagerie 3D utilisant les rayons X <span>pour voir l'int\u00e9rieur d'un objet, tranche par tranche<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour notre projet, nous devons \u00e9tudier un grand nombre de salamandres et de tritons, conserv\u00e9s dans des bocaux d'alcool, dans des collections de mus\u00e9es. Ils sont pr\u00e9cieux et doivent \u00eatre restitu\u00e9s \u00e0 la collection en bon \u00e9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons donc mis en place un protocole de pr\u00e9paration permettant de scanner simultan\u00e9ment plusieurs sp\u00e9cimens, tout en veillant \u00e0 ce qu'ils restent en bon \u00e9tat et immobiles pendant le processus de tomodensitom\u00e9trie, comme ce micro-scanner.
